    Aerogulf Services Company LLC

    Established in Dubai in 1976, AEROGULF SERVICES is both a commercial helicopter operator and an aviation maintenance facility. At present, the Company operates a fleet of helicopters comprising of three types, the twin engine Augusta Westland AW139, twin engine Bell 212 and the single engine BELL 206 Jet Ranger. All the helicopters are fully equipped for flights offshore and are maintained and operated to the highest international standards.

    Aerogulf Services Company provides vital support to the offshore oil and gas production industries in the Northern Emirates and beyond. The Company's major clients with current on-going contracts include Dubai Petroleum, DNO (RAK Petroleum) and Occidental Petroleum.

    Aerogulf Services Company was the first operator in the Gulf Area to provide a scheduled night service to offshore locations 365 days per year, with full IFR capability.

    Helicopter support is also provided on a short term and ad hoc basis for aerial photography, filming, construction, surveys, air taxi, load lifting, freighting and medical evacuation. Our major base is at Dubai's International Airport from where we can operate worldwide.

    Aerogulf conforms to the highest standards required by I.C.A.O and the U.A.E G.C.A.A regulations. We have an unquestionable commitment to excellence and safety of operations.

    Regular audits by Dubai Petroleum and Occidental Petroleum serve as long standing evidence of our fiscal and safety reliability. We have proven time and time again that Aerogulf delivers the highest degree of cost-effective dependable service with the client's interest always at the forefront.

    Aerogulf has about 80 employees at this time. The company is 100% owned by prominent Dubai businessmen, but managed by western expatriates.

    The Group has a shareholding in this company which is both a commercial helicopter operator and an aviation maintenance facility for both helicopters and airplanes.

    All helicopters in the fleet are equipped for flight offshore and are maintained and operated to the highest international standards.

    Aerogulf also has excellent capabilities in the area of promotional marketing and consultancy service for companies seeking a distributor or agent.

    Aerogulf operates from a multi-million dollar Hangar and Office Facility within Dubai International Airport. Multi-Bay hangars provides expansive space for aircraft storage and maintenance.

    Our engineering staff holds U.A.E., EASA Pt 66, and/or US FAA, Licenses. All have operated on contract work in many countries throughout the Middle East and Africa.

    A number of future Aerogulf Services projects and operations are currently in progress:

    • Plans are currently underway for a future FAA Repair Station Authorization to be added to our current DGCA Authorization.
    • Plans are under development for future Long-Range Offshore Oil and Gas Support utilizing the forthcoming Tilt Rotor Aircraft. These new-age aircraft, with twice the speed and range of conventional helicopters, will open up offshore operations to the central and northern Gulf for Aerogulf.
    • Helicopter operations in other Gulf State countries are anticipated, (currently Bahrain) as well as continued engagement of international contract work, throughout the world. Aerogulf has flown extensively in Oman for P.D.O. in recent years.

    ENGINEERING

    HELICOPTER AND FIXED-WING MAINTENANCE:

    Line and Base maintenance is accomplished in the main facility at the Dubai International Airport. Full refurbishment, including sheet-metal fabrication, avionics installation, complete re-spray and interior refit is carried out by experienced teams of licensed engineers.

    Overhaul of dynamic components carried out by authorized engineers in their respective workshops.

    Bell 212/412 Tail Boom overhaul/refurbishment available with manufacturer's specialized approved jig on site.

    G.C.A.A OVERHAUL APPROVAL FOR:
