We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Multi Technician to join our Facilities Management / Real Estate Services team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine and emergency maintenance (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Civil works)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to ensure tenant satisfaction
- Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) as per schedule.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Maintain proper work orders and service records
- Coordinate with supervisors and external contractors
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at the worksite
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance (UAE/GCC)
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Good communication skills in English
- Valid UAE driving license (Manual – Mandatory)
- Ability to work flexible shifts
