We are seeking a skilled Senior Electrician (Multi Technician) to handle electrical and plumbing maintenance for our properties. The role involves ensuring efficient operations, timely repairs, and high tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshooting faults in wiring, panels, and systems.
- Maintenance of water supply and drainage systems.
- Reading drawings and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Supporting general maintenance activities when required.
Requirements:
- High School Certificate with Electrical/Plumbing certification.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Good troubleshooting and teamwork’s skills.
